This Tim Hortons is currently the only one i go to because it is 2 minutes away from where I work. The customer service is absolutely terrible - EVERY single co worker that i speak with speaks the exact same thing about this specific Tim Hortons. The women all stand there with blank expressions on their faces, NOT friendly at all not customer service oriented at all. When I go through the drive thru they literally chuck my food at me I do not get a thank you have a nice day. EVERY other Tim Hortons I go provides SOME sort of customer service. I order a chick salad wrap at a different Tim hortons and I get it full like a wrap should be, I go to this one and i get ONE scoop of chicken I am basically eating a whole wheat and a bit of lettuce - I expect something to change considering this is the only Tim Hortons close to my work. Maybe if we could hire some people who actually like working that would be a start, All these women have permanent scowls on their face, I HATE giving my money to this Tim Hortons but it is my only option.
