Tim Hortons

customer service was okay, everyone seemd tired, unhappy and unfriendly. no one was smiling. they got my order very wrong. i was missing 2 items and nobody cared. they brushed me off and served a line-up of customers before they fixed it. i didn't get my breakfast sandwiches for about 45 mins. i walked out very dissatisfied. Also, i saw a grey haired and rather large lady running around being very rude to the employees, forcing them to smile. She was extremely rude to me when she had asked what the problem was. I assume she was the manager or supervisor as she didn't have to wear a hairnet or visor - un-sanitary. overall very dissatisfied, i will not continue to bring my business to this location. As well, to that rather large lady, please, lighten up and pull the stick out.

this is my first time rating this tim hoton's and in my reveiw, it's not good at all. Every time me or my family go we get such bad service from most of the employees working there....they all have attitude problems. This one is closer to my house so I go here now before I used to to the one on 80th and that was great, all the employees who worked there were all great. I personally think that too many young employess are hired and they all are so stuck up. Tim Horton's is a place where everyone should be happy but it doesn't seem to be anymore. I think the hiring manager should really check to make sure that they r happy people they r hiring...for instance when they give an ice cap, why is it so messy, at least clean it up before u give it to the customer, I know I personally don't want a mess in my car with that dripping everywhere...so plz do something about this because its really annoying now, especially that I get this so much. If u ask for something the employees just make faces right on your face. I luv tim horton's I go there at least 3 times a week but with the bad service I've been getting I think to myself if its worth it with all those mean people r working.!
