Late deliveries, very slow. Pizza was rather gross and will spend money else where. Thank you
This is a correction to my last review---I did go on the web and found out each location had slightly different prices.The 18.99 (2 for1) was for participating locations only.It was my mistake to assume that all locations have same promotion. So my apologies.The pizzas are very good and the crust is crispy with toppings filled to the rim,not dry like pizza hut's!
The pizza is good but the prices are different and higher from other pizza factories in Surrey and North Delta.In Surrey I see banners advertised for 2 medium w/4 toppings for 18.99(create your own 2 for 1) but in Tsa we pay 21.99! Oh well.......
I ordered at 738 pm tonight. The driver just arrived 2 minutes ago at 902. Abysmal service. It is ONLY a Tuesday night. I could MAYBE understand, if it was a Saturday night, and I was living in a major metropolis, but South Delta?? I realise it is difficult to hire and maintain quality staff, but let's get real. Your product is not something, that I can't get SEVERAL other places. I have made my last order.
The only reason I don't like these reviews is because there's a lot of untrue comments. I can positively say we did not have anything that took 90 minutes to get to our customer on tuesday or wensday evening. Both these reviews were written at the same time by the same individual. As our business continues to grow we will take the necessary steps to continue providing great customer service.
