Mcdonald's

Worst Mcdonalds in all of the lower mainland. Always screwed up orders, always slow service, mostly managed by flunkies.

Recently, I sat in the drive through boxed in for 14 minutes. Really? 14 minutes? I could have hunted a cow and processed the meat that time.

I called the manager from the road and told her what had happened. She agreed that it was poor service and that she would refund my money.

The next day I go to see her with my recepit and she doesnt remember me calling in, infact she asked if i wanted a job. She leaned on the wall as she talked to me, no eye contact, didn't even give me the slightest effort to resolve the issue, and reunded my money in change (paid on visa). Good work.

Thats not to say all the managers from that franchise are bad. There are a few that do very good work. My rant is, why do they even give these other slackers a chance. It's a franchise, it should be the same everywhere you go. If I can pin point differences, CONSISTANT differences, there's a problem.

Getting back to my story.. When I get to work my english muffin is burnt. Literrally. I took a picture of it and brought it in on my blackberry. I'll post it on here once i figure out how.
