Mcdonald's

Check your order before leaving window because the odds are that they have your order wrong. I live close to this location but will no longer go here because the service is so pathetic.

My experience with this place is not very good. I frequently come to this place and as a senior citizen living nearby, I enjoy a coffee and small muffin.
The servers are young. They have no patience with older folks. They are rude.

Ordered angus burger and old lady forgot my fries...I'm pissed right off

I went through the drive-through this past weekend and ordered the Angus Third Pounder with Bacon.l It was the worst burger I have ever had. The meat must have been sitting under a heater for quite some time as it was terribly dry - and the bun was also dry and hard.
I had to repeat my order several times to the attendant taking orders and she still got it wrong.
I won't be back.

I recently visited this McDonalds and was very impressed on the speed of service and the friendly-ness of the staff. I visited around 2pm and was welcomed by the person cleaning the lobby and then again welcomed by the cashier. As I was waiting for my debit card to go through I looked into the back and saw a very clean kitchen with the staff making my burger, before my debit even went through the food was in my hands and I was ready to go, overall I was very impressed.

Ive been going to McDonald's in Ladner since it opened. I went their for breakfast on August 12th, 2010. When I arrived their were twe servers and two people were standing waiting in front of server No. 2. I went directly to server No. 1 as there waS no one at her station.

I heard a loud voice from a man waiting at server No 2 yelling hay Idiot get in line. I advised that there was no one at server No 1. He said Learn the Rules and Cue Up and wait your turn.

I did get behind a young man in second place and said what is going on? He said the same thing happend to him.

When I finally got to a server I said when did McDonald's start a Cue Line and if they have where are the directions of where to start. She rolled her eyes and said this happened often.

I have alway stood in line behind people who are in line but have never seen people cue up and then go when they are called 'NEXT'.

This if very poor management if this type of service is to continue. I am certainily not going back after being yelled at by a customer and an organization that is not organized.

I am 69 years old and having being going to McDonlad,s since they opened in Richmond over 50 years ago. This is the first time I have ever complained about an eating establishment.

I will be passing on my experience to my friends and colleagues.

Went for lunch and there was only one server who was very rude. There was a couple who were obviously tourists (with their bags and travel pamphlets) and spoke a little english so they pointed to the menu bar and said they would have the salad and then when they asked how much she said well what does it say!!
There were 6 people ahead of me so I walked out! So much for fast food!

Horrible service and Rude Staff!

The food is okay,but I prefere A&W and Burger King.
